Home Health Care Job Overview 1st Providence Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing & Business Development Representative to help expand our presence in the home health industry. The ideal candidate will have direct experience marketing for a home health agency and a proven ability to build relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, and case managers. This position is responsible for increasing patient referrals, strengthening community partnerships, and promoting the agency's services while maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase referrals and agency growth. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospice providers, case managers, discharge planners, and community organizations. Conduct regular visits to referral sources to educate healthcare professionals about agency services. Generate qualified patient referrals and track referral activity. Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, community outreach programs, and professional meetings. Maintain a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and home health regulations. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure exceptional patient service and referral satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and referral opportunities. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, contacts, and referral outcomes. Assist with social media, community engagement, digital marketing, and brand awareness initiatives. Prepare reports detailing marketing performance, referral growth, and business development activities. Ensure all marketing practices comply with federal, state, and agency regulations. QualificationsRequired Minimum of 2 years of marketing, business development, or healthcare sales experience. Direct experience working with a home health agency is required. Established relationships with healthcare referral sources preferred. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and home health services. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience in home health, hospice, healthcare marketing, or related healthcare services.
