Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our growing roofing company. In this role, you will assess potential roof damage, and proactively engage with homeowners educating them on insurance claim opportunities. You'll have trusted and honest consultations, while guiding clients through the roof replacement process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door canvassing in residential neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule inspections. Educate homeowners on roof damage and insurance claim assistance. Perform preliminary roof assessments (visual). Assist customers with initiating insurance claims and meet with adjusters when needed. Present roofing replacement solutions through insurance. Maintain accurate records of prospects and appointments using Lead Scout and Google Calendar. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training sessions.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales, especially in roofing, solar, or insurance restoration (preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a hunter mentality. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
