Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Driver to join our team. This role involves driving a designated route to deliver products, building customer service relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and excellent customer service abilities, enabling them to effectively communicate with clients and promote our products. Responsibilities Drive a designated route to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Upsell additional products based on customer needs and preferences. Manage inventory levels on the route, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed. Ensure accurate inventory management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Perform heavy lifting as required when loading and unloading products. Adhere to all safety regulations while driving and handling products. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Experience with route driving or commercial driving a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for product delivery. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
