Junior Home Sales Consultant

Village Homes, a leading manufactured and modular home builder in Vermont, is looking for a motivated Junior Home Sales Consultant to join our team. We will provide close mentoring and hands-on training to help you develop into a confident home sales professional while delivering an outstanding home-buying experience to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is coachable, personable, and eager to grow in a rewarding sales career with strong earning potential. Schedule One weekday off per week and all Sundays off Open Saturdays 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closes at 3:00 PM in winter months) Saturdays are our busiest day as families come in to explore and plan their new home. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3+ years of professional inside or outside sales experience preferred , but not required — we are willing to train the right individual Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong administrative, organizational, and math skills Positive attitude with a good sense of humor (we have fun at work!) Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn Responsibilities Shadow experienced team members and participate in daily sales activities Study and become an expert on our manufactured and modular home products Answer incoming calls and warmly greet walk-in visitors Respond promptly to website inquiries Create weekly social media posts and engage with followers Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments Assist with, and eventually lead, sales presentations and contract meetings Prepare and maintain sales materials and customer files Support model home staging and general lot upkeep Assist the Sales Manager with various tasks as needed Learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, can-do attitude If you're energetic, dependable, and ready to grow with a company that values both professional excellence and having fun, we'd love to hear from you.
