Pro Sales RepresentativeContractors & Customer Sales Builders Supply•Airway Heights, WA Full-Time Position Builders Supply in Airway Heights is seeking an experienced and motivated Pro Sales Representative to support sales growth with contractors, builders, and retail customers. This position is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of building materials and a passion for customer relationships, project support, and professional sales service. The ideal candidate will have experience in contractor sales and product knowledge in lumber, roofing, siding, metal products, and general building materials. Position Overview The Pro Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors and customers while providing accurate product knowledge, project support, estimating assistance, and outstanding customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to support department development, merchandising, and sales growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and customers Assist customers with material selection, project needs, and product recommendations Prepare quotes, estimates, bids, and special orders Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and product expertise Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and industry trends Support department merchandising, organization, and inventory maintenance Coordinate with yard, purchasing, and management teams to ensure timely customer service Assist with department development and continuous improvement initiatives Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and project timelines Promote a professional, team-oriented, and safety-focused work environment Required Knowledge & ExperienceStrong product knowledge in: Building materials Lumber Roofing products Siding Metal sales/products

Preferred Qualifications:
