Position Summary As an Entry-Level Business Development Associate, you'll help grow the company's presence throughout Western Washington by building relationships with local businesses, supporting existing customers, and identifying new opportunities. You'll spend time visiting customer locations, researching prospective accounts, assisting with outreach efforts, and learning the products and services that help customers succeed. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a long-term sales career. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and people skills Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships Self-motivated with a proactive mindset Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software and CRM systems Strong organization and follow-through Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or community engagement experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
