We're hiring an outside sales representative who treats that responsibility the way it deserves to be treated: with honesty, expertise, and genuine care for getting the homeowner to the right answer, even when that takes more work than the easy close. You'll run pre-set, pre-qualified appointments as the core of your day for roof replacements, repairs and cleanings. You'll also build on top of that pipeline by canvassing homes near our active job sites, following up on referrals, and creating your own opportunities. The pre-set leads give you a floor. We hold our price. Our work is worth what we charge, and our reps can explain why without flinching or discounting their way to a signature. We do what we say. Show up when promised, follow up when committed, document everything accurately. Integrity in the small things is what earns referrals. You're Joining a Team Sales here isn't a lone-wolf operation. When you sell a job, a production crew builds it, an office team supports it, and your reputation rides on all of them - just like theirs rides on you. We're looking for someone who: Sets accurate expectations so the crews behind you can deliver on them Communicates clearly with production and office staff instead of throwing handoffs over the wall Shares what's working with other reps and stays coachable Represents the whole company at every door, not just their own commission Compensation & Support W-2 employee status (not 1099) Uncapped commission with first-year earnings expected between $100,000 - $250,000 Pre-set, pre-qualified appointments provided Company vehicle Benefits reimbursement ServiceTitan CRM, in-house financing options, and a marketing engine behind you What Your Days Look Like Run multiple in-home inspections and consultations daily Diagnose the homeowner's actual need and recommend the right roofing or exterior solution Walk homeowners through scope, pricing, and financing with clarity and patience Canvass the streets around active and completed jobs to generate additional appointments Ask for referrals and follow up on them Document contracts, activity, and follow-ups accurately in ServiceTitan Keep your vehicle, materials, and presentation sharp - you're the company in that driveway Who Thrives Here People who succeed in this role tend to share a few traits: they're honest by default, competitive with themselves, disciplined about process, and comfortable having direct conversations about money. They don't need a manager standing over them to do the work, and they don't get rattled when a homeowner says no. Requirements Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check Comfortable on roofs, ladders, and in attics, in Pacific Northwest weather Understanding of different roofing systems - comp/asphalt shingles, flat, metal and cedar shake Willing to canvass nearby homes and start conversations with homeowners Strong communication skills - able to make complex information simple Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools Self-directed, accountable, and reliable Prior roofing and home services sales experience; door-to-door or canvassing background.
