In this role, you will utilize Microsoft Office software, QuickBooks, and the client's internal database to manage inside sales support activities such as handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, preparing quotes, maintaining follow-ups, and processing orders. In addition, you will reach out to the client's partner contractors and promoting the company's internal products. You will also collaborate with warehouse and estimating teams to ensure smooth operations and a well-rounded customer experience, which may include navigating documentation, managing product samples, and assisting with inventory support as needed.
