In this role, you will serve as a key resource for customers while providing administrative and operational support to our sales team. You will also assist with various marketing-related projects as needed to support company initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and contributing to a collaborative office environment. As a licensed cannabis producer/processor, all applicants must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for employment. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support. Build positive relationships with customers and help ensure a high level of satisfaction. Assist with order processing, account maintenance, documentation, and sales-related administrative tasks. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are addressed efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and related data. Support marketing initiatives through administrative tasks such as: Assisting with email communications and campaign support. Updating online forms and company information. Maintaining marketing and promotional materials. Stay informed on company products, services, and promotions. Qualifications Must be at least 21years of age At least 1 year of customer service, sales support, administrative, or related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Comfortable learning new software systems and processes. Marketing support experience is helpful but not required. Must successfully pass a background check. Schedule Full-time Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. On-site position Compensation & Benefits $23.00 per hour $250 monthly healthcare spending allowance after 2 years of employment 40 hours of paid vacation after 1 year of employment Employee discounts and incentives Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive team environment
