About Totally Chocolate From our factory and offices on Sweet Road in Blaine, Washington, we craft some of the world's finest custom chocolate and packaging bringing our clients' brands, ideas, and occasions to life for everyone from royal families and the Fortune 500 to financial planners and major distributors. We turn gourmet chocolate into gift-worthy moments people actually remember. About the Role (The Sweet Spot) As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the trusted point of contact for an established book of clients, building lasting relationships, driving repeat orders, and making sure every custom chocolate project lands flawlessly. This is a warm, relationship-driven role. Your job is to take great care of clients who already love us and keep them coming back for more. You'll spend your days listening to client needs, recommending thoughtful gifting solutions, keeping orders moving smoothly through our custom process, and spotting opportunities to make a good order even better. If you love talking to people, staying organized, and helping clients create memorable moments, all while working with the world's most delicious product, this might be your perfect fit. You'll work closely with our internal teams across the business to make sure clients feel supported, heard, and excited to come back along every step of their custom chocolate journey. What You'll Be Doing Relationship-Driven Service (Warm Leads, Warm Chocolate) Build authentic, long-term relationships across an existing client base and drive repeat revenue across all product lines. Guide placed orders smoothly through our custom process. No one-and-done transactions here! Listen actively and recommend gifting solutions that fit each client's evolving brand and goals. CRM & Organization (HubSpot Is Your Friend) Use HubSpot to manage accounts, track activity, and keep records accurate and up to date. Support sales reporting and forecasting through consistent CRM habits. Great follow-up starts with great systems. Opportunity Spotting & Upselling (Tastefully, of Course) Identify ways to grow existing accounts through complementary products and creative enhancements. Turn good orders into great ones through strong product knowledge and genuine service. Communication & Brand Representation Connect with clients by phone, email, and the occasional in-person meeting in a way that's polished, friendly, and unmistakably Totally Chocolate. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and happy outcomes. Keep your account list totally organized and stay across the details! What We're Looking For Experience & Skills 1-3 years of sales, account management, or customer service experience. Experience in food, gifting, promotional products, or branded merchandise is a plus (but not required). Comfortable identifying opportunities, having value conversations, and growing accounts without ever being pushy. Working knowledge of CRM tools; HubSpot experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. Compensation & Benefits (The Chocolate Only Goes So Far!)
