In-Home Sales Consultant (Leads Provided) - $120K-$300K+

We are a fast-growing residential painting company serving homeowners throughout the Seattle area, looking for ambitious sales professionals who can build trust, create value, and help homeowners move forward on their projects. This is for someone who is competitive, coachable, hungry, and confident leading in-home consultations and asking for the business. We provide qualified appointments. You focus on delivering a great experience and closing deals.

What You'll Do:

✔ Run pre-qualified in-home appointments ✔ Meet with homeowners and assess project needs ✔ Build value through our proven sales process ✔ Present project options and pricing ✔ Secure signed agreements and deposits ✔ Follow up on open proposals ✔ Generate referrals and self-generated opportunities
