Field Expert, Not a Desk Jockey You will serve as the face of Robbins and Company, managing the full sales cycle for complex structural and drainage projects:On-Site Evaluation:
Conduct detailed physical inspections of residential foundations, crawlspaces, and drainage systems.Technical Strategy:
Translate complex structural issues (settlement, hydrostatic pressure, etc.) into clear, actionable solutions homeowners can trust.Project Ownership:
Own the relationship from the initial site visit and measurement to the final signature.Local Representation:
Represent the brand at premier regional home shows and industry events. What You Bring to theTable:

You are motivated by high-ticket commissions and have a proven track record of hitting revenue targets in a face-to-face environment.Mechanical Aptitude:
You enjoy understanding how things work. Whether your background is in construction, HVAC, roofing, or heavy equipment, you must be comfortable with "boots on the ground" technical work.Executive Presence:
You build rapport quickly with homeowners and can navigate high-stakes negotiations with professionalism and grit.Clean Record:
