AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT
Rairdon's Volkswagen of Everett - Everett, WA Rairdon's Volkswagen of Everett is currently looking to hire individuals for the sales team!
Compensation:
Full-time total annual compensation between $48,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross and 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 12 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met, subject to terms of pay plan. 90-day guarantee of $4,000.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan! Continuous free training in sales and leadership. We have a promote-from-within culture. No automotive sales experience required! Huge potential for motivated individuals!

What You'll Do:
