This team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing high-quality Class B and Class C vans from top manufacturers. As a Professional Outfitter, you'll play a key role in guiding customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives—helping them find the perfect RV to match their lifestyle. You'll be responsible for creating a seamless and engaging sales experience, from initial conversation and product demonstrations through closing the deal alongside the Finance & Insurance team. This is a high-energy, performance-driven environment with uncapped earning potential—top performers are on track to earn $300K+ annually. What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional, customer-first sales experience
• Conduct product demonstrations of Class B and Class C vans
• Guide customers through the full sales process from introduction to close
• Partner with Finance & Insurance teams to finalize deals
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand at a high level What We're Looking For

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to connect with customers and build trust quickly Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required (college experience preferred)
• 2+ years of customer service experience required
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Compensation & Benefits
