• Full-time Job Overview The Kyle MacVicar Allstate Agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Inside Sales Producer to join our team in Kent, WA.

This is a full-time, in-office role offering a base salary plus commission, clear performance expectations, and long-term career growth. What You'll Do As a key member of our agency, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our clients—both over the phone and in person—while delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to grow our business. Licensing:

Washington Property & Casualty (P&C) License required (Must be willing to obtain if not currently licensed) Preferred Background Insurance industry experience Active P&C license College education Former competitive athlete or individuals with a strong work ethic and competitive drive We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and motivation.
