Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a key role in growing our customer base by engaging with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods. You'll start meaningful conversations about their trees and shrubs, educate them on preservation and safety, and schedule free consultations with our Arborists. No tree care experience required — training provided! What You'll Do Walk through beautiful neighborhoods and connect with homeowners about tree and shrub care Educate homeowners on the benefits of proper trimming, pruning, and preservation Identify potential tree health or safety concerns while visiting properties Schedule free, no-obligation consultations for homeowners Work independently; no daily office meetings required Use company-provided marketing materials and branded apparel

Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential Range:

$58,000•130,000 annually , based on performance (Compensation varies by pay plan, hours worked, and individual results)

Two Pay Plan Options:

Base + Commission Pay Plan Base salary: $39,000•45,500

Commission:

2•4.5% on sales Paid Time Off (PTO) included Lead Pay + Commission Pay Plan $20 per qualified lead set 8% commission on completed sales Higher upside potential; earnings vary based on performance Additional Incentives Weekly lead and sales incentives ( $200•400/week ) Milestone incentives Footwear incentive for high-traction shoes/boots $1,500 bonus after 90 and 180 days (employees averaging 30+ hours/week) Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 60 days of employment (Employees must average 30+ hours/week to qualify) 401(k) Transportation Assigned territories vary daily and may not always be accessible by public transportation. Employees must be able to report to assigned territories as scheduled.
