This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with sales, and is motivated to help grow a business. As a Furniture Sales Representative, you will assist customers throughout the sales process, help generate leads, maintain online listings, and contribute to the overall success of the showroom. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys building relationships, and wants the opportunity to increase their income through performance-based bonuses.

Compensation Starting pay:

$18.00 per hour Monthly performance bonuses Annual earning potential: $35,000•70,000+ per year

Schedule Thursday:

10:00 AM•7:00

PM Friday:

10:00 AM•7:00

PM Saturday:

10:00 AM•7:00

PM Sunday:

10:00 AM•4:00

PM Monday:

10:00 AM•3:00 PM Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Assist customers and guide them through the sales process Build relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service Follow up with customer inquiries and sales leads Offer financing options and explain available programs Respond to OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, website, and social media inquiries Create and maintain online listings for showroom inventory Take photos and videos of merchandise for advertising and social media Help generate customer traffic and sales opportunities Maintain accurate product information and pricing Keep the showroom clean, organized, and professionally presented Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and tagged Request customer reviews after completed sales Assist with general store operations as needed Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Furniture sales experience is a plus Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, social media, and basic technology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is motivated to succeed and willing to put in the effort to generate results.
