Answer phones and emails and load and unload plumbing material. The job involves quoting pricing on products and providing support to plumbing trade partners from our Kent, WA office. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. Every engagement is an opportunity to exceed our customer's expectations and build a lasting business relationship and friendship. We have been in business over 60 years. Greet, assist, and help contractors and wholesale customers who call in, email, or come by looking for the plumbing products we offer. Answer phones, quote pricing, process orders, data entry, follow up on issues, greet will calls, pull orders and operate forklift as needed. Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. Prepare shipping documents. Communicate with our outside sales team about prospects you encounter. Join a supportive team of people.
