Job Description

ALL PRO BUILDING MAINTENANCE
All Pro Building Maintenance is a leading firm in the janitorial and service industry in the Pacific Northwest area. We are looking to hire an experienced Outside Sales Representative to help us grow.
Responsibilities:
Must have janitorial experience Travel to service areas to represent the company and achieve the assigned goals. Make outbound calls to sell the company services. Maintain a professional company image. Identify opportunities to improve sales performance. Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors. Building strong and successful relationships with customers. Increase customer base of a variety of corporate buildings and commercial properties. Maintain and service new accounts by offering additional services.
Your Qualifications :
Proven experience as a sales representative in the janitorial or service industry preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and rapport. Great persuasive and negotiation skills. Good interpersonal and presentation skill. Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software. Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:
