We specialize in residential roofing, windows, siding, and patio covers throughout the Pacific Northwest. Sales Representatives can specialize in one product, or manage multiple. This is a high-income opportunity for driven sales representatives who excel at building trust with homeowners, conducting inspections, presenting solutions, and closing deals. We provide pre-qualified leads! What We Offer Pre-set and pre-qualified appointments provided by the company No cold calling or door knocking required Uncapped commission structure Expected earnings: $100,000 - $250,000+ annually Strong operational and production support Established reputation and growing lead flow Multiple product lines to maximize earning potential Responsibilities Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments Conduct property evaluations and inspections Present roofing, window, siding, and patio cover solutions Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners Prepare and present project proposals Follow up with prospects and manage sales pipeline Close sales and maintain accurate customer records Coordinate with production and management teams as needed Qualifications Proven track record in home improvement, remodeling, or exterior construction sales Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to build trust and guide homeowners through purchasing decisions Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Roofing sales experience is strongly preferred and will receive priority consideration. We are especially interested in professionals with a successful background selling: Residential Roofing Replacement Windows Siding Patio Covers While roofing experience is our highest priority, we are also open to specialists who have demonstrated success in any of our core product categories.
