Responsibilities Engage in the PLACE New Agent Launch program to master lead generation and prospecting techniques Nurture and transform inbound sales leads into scheduled appointments Identify and convert outbound sales prospects into confirmed appointments Assess leads to determine motivation and financial readiness, providing detailed information to real estate agents Maintain and update the database along with generating productivity reports Dedicate time to continuous learning and script refinement Develop expertise in the local real estate market Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Record all activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology systems Qualifications Outstanding ability to build rapport and thrive in people-focused environments Driven by a passion for sales and converting leads into clients Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-up Committed to collaboration and achieving team-based objectives Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in telephone communication Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas Strong time management and organizational abilities Quick learner with the aptitude to master and apply scripts Cooperative team member Real estate license is a plus but not required About-our-team About Habitat Team At Habitat Team with Place, we are dedicated to equipping our real estate agent partners with the expertise needed to excel in their local markets and communities.
