Location:
Kirkland, WA About the Position Ariid Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to help generate new business opportunities across our design, construction, and furnishings divisions. This role is focused on relationship-building, lead generation, community outreach, and converting opportunities into clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable networking, meeting new people, and proactively pursuing business opportunities both in the field and through strategic partnerships.
The Sales Consultant represents:
Ariana Designs & Interiors
  • Building Design & Interior Design Ariid Build & Remodel
  • Custom Homes, Remodels, Additions, and New Construction Ariid Home & Furniture
  • Furnishings, Lighting, Wallpaper, Décor, and Custom Furniture Three-Week Training & Evaluation Program All candidates begin with a three-week training and evaluation period.
Training includes:
Company services and processes Sales systems and procedures Lead generation strategies CRM and pipeline management Proposal and presentation process Design-build industry fundamentals Client communication standards Networking and referral development Candidates will be evaluated on: Communication and professionalism Initiative and work ethic Lead generation activity Ability to build relationships Coachability and responsiveness Product and service knowledge Overall sales potential Successful completion of the evaluation period is required before being offered a permanent Sales Consultant position. Compensation Following successful completion of the three-week evaluation period, candidates may be offered a position with: Base Salary Commission on Closed Sales Performance Incentives Growth Opportunities If a candidate closes a sale during the training period, they will receive the applicable commission according to company policies. $1,500/month performance bonus (paid at 30, 60, and 90 days if criteria are met) $150 per booked and paid consultation 5% commission on all sales you originate and close No cap on earnings Primary ResponsibilitiesLead Generation Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach Conduct door-to-door marketing and relationship-building efforts Attend networking events and community functions Identify and pursue referral opportunities Build relationships with prospective residential and commercial clients Strategic Partnerships Develop and maintain relationships with: Real estate agents and brokers Mortgage professionals Property managers Trades and subcontractors Architects and engineers Suppliers and vendors Showrooms and industry partners Business organizations and networking groups Past clients and referral sources Sales & Client Development Respond to incoming inquiries Conduct discovery conversations with prospects Schedule consultations and appointments Present company services and solutions Follow up consistently with prospective clients Assist with proposal presentations Maintain an organized sales pipeline Update CRM daily with notes and activities Brand Representation Represent Ariid Group professionally at all times Promote all three companies and their services Build awareness of the Ariid brand within the community Help strengthen referral and partnership networks Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable speaking with new people daily Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated and results-oriented Ability to work independently Organized and detail-oriented Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field Ability to network and build long-term relationships Experience in sales, construction, real estate, design, home improvement, or luxury retail is preferred but not required. Ideal Candidate This role is best suited for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating opportunities. Success in this position comes from consistent outreach, strong networking skills, and the ability to develop trusted relationships that generate long-term business for Ariid Group.
