This position includes door knocking, running company leads, setting inspections, and helping homeowners through the roofing process. We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, coachable, and excited to be part of a strong team environment and growing company.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through door knocking and neighborhood outreach Run company-provided leads and roof inspections Build strong relationships with homeowners Help close residential roofing projects Represent the RC Roofing brand professionally at all times Work closely with leadership and our growing team
Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable Comfortable speaking with homeowners and generating leads Sales experience is a plus, but not required Roofing experience is a plus, but not required Solar sales experience is a plus Insurance restoration sales experience is a plus
