Job Description
Help Customers, Drive Sales, and Keep Things Moving This role is a mix of customer service, sales, and coordination. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—helping them choose the right solution, following up on opportunities, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. If you naturally enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and turning conversations into booked jobs through kind and consistent follow-up, this could be a great fit. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—helping them choose the right solution, following up on opportunities, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do Customer Service & Sales Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a friendly, professional way Help customers choose the right storage or moving solution Follow up on quotes and proactively close sales Look for opportunities to increase rentals, repeat business, and referrals Reach out to local businesses, contractors, and realtors to build relationships and generate new leads Scheduling & Coordination Schedule deliveries, pickups, and moves with the team Confirm customer details to help jobs go smoothly Communicate clearly with drivers and teammates throughout the day Adjust plans as needed to keep things running efficiently Yard & On-Site Support Step outside to prep containers, apply decals, and keep the yard organized Meet walk-in customers and show available containers Help keep the office and yard clean and presentable What Success Looks Like Customers feel taken care of and confident working with us Quotes are followed up and regularly converted into booked jobs The schedule stays organized and supports a smooth workday The yard and office are clean, organized, and ready for business You contribute to steady growth in rentals and sales Who You Are Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with customers Organized and able to keep track of multiple moving pieces Willing to ask for the sale and follow up consistently Reliable and takes ownership of your work Comfortable using basic tools like Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive Don't mind light physical work and getting your hands a little dirty What It's Like to
Work Here Schedule:
Part-time (approx. 24+ hours/week). Mondays and Fridays are a requirement, with flexible lighter or shorter days mid-week. Our office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM In-person at our Lynden office and container yard Small, supportive, encouraging team with opportunities to grow A mix of customer interaction, computer work, and hands-on tasksGrowth:
