Job Description

Business Development Representative Job Description We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Representative to take ownership of developing and growing our customer base in the storage container rental and sales business. This high energy rep will generate and follow up on leads and potential customers in the greater Seattle/Tacoma area. This position drives our rental and sales business and supports our overall sales efforts to rent and sell storage containers in the Pacific Northwest. Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge and understanding of the equipment rental business in the greater Seattle/Tacoma marketplace. Customers include of all construction trades as well as manufacturing, property management, retail and industrial. These are the primary users of storage containers. Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills along with the ability to prioritize activities to ensure to reach the maximum client interactions daily Confidence and the ability to find andwin bids. Develop and grow sales within an identified region by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects. Build new business partnerships and support existing client relationships. A keen ability to nurturing existing relationships and "cold call" prospective customers to develop new relationships. Traveling within the assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers. Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales in our Salesforce data base. Perform administrative and computer duties that support the sales function and success of filling open positions. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities. Attend industry and association functions to promote company products and services. Recommend sponsorships and other activities to help promote company brand awareness.
