Job Description

Turn existing opportunities into closed deals! At Blues Heating & Air, our customers already know who we are. They've had a technician out, received an estimate, and are deciding what to do next. Your role is to follow up, build trust, and help them confidently move forward. This is an in-office position where collaboration and communication are a big part of day-to-day success. You'll work closely with dispatch, CSRs, and leadership to keep deals moving and customers taken care of.
What You'll Do:
Follow up on warm leads and existing estimates Re-engage customers and guide them through next steps Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails with purpose and consistency Understand customer needs and recommend the right HVAC solutions Handle objections, negotiate confidently, and close sales Keep accurate, organized notes and manage your pipeline in CRM Coordinate with office staff and field teams to move jobs forward Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process Consistently hit and exceed sales goals What Makes You a
Fit:
Proven experience in inside sales, follow-up sales, or similar role Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Confident handling objections and guiding customers to a decision Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through High energy with a strong sense of urgency Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven office Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar) HVAC or in-home service sales experience is a plus, but not required This role is best suited for someone who stays organized, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of their pipeline.

Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM Flexibility required during peak seasons (summer and winter), including occasional extended hours or weekends.
Pay:
$50,000•$130,000+ per year (base + commission)
