A Professional and Respectful Work Environment Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless experience. Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and features, helping them make informed decisions. Assist both in-person and digital customers, offering expert advice and providing excellent service, whether in the showroom or online. Set personal income goals aligned with dealership standards and develop a strategy to achieve those goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in the sales industry is required—automotive experience is a plus, but we are open to candidates from all backgrounds (Real Estate, Home Furnishings, Retail, etc.). Professional appearance with excellent communication skills. Customer-focused attitude and a strong record of positive customer service results. A high level of integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Ability and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to the automotive industry.
