Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assess their tire and automotive needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide detailed product information, including tire specifications, vehicle compatibility, and maintenance tips Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires based on their driving habits, vehicle requirements, and budget considerations Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks using inventory management systems (CMMS) or POS software Process sales transactions accurately through cash handling, POS systems, and retail math calculations Support vehicle maintenance services by coordinating with automotive repair teams and ensuring proper order fulfillment for tire installations or replacements Maintain a clean, organized store environment while adhering to safety standards and merchandising guidelines Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers on tire care, automotive service options, and promotional offers Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals through effective negotiation strategies and marketing initiatives Requirements Previous experience in retail sales, dealership environments, or automotive service is highly preferred Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and automotive repair techniques Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and stock replenishment efficiently Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, POS systems, CMMS software, and retail math calculations Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating phone etiquette and courteous customer service Experience with dealership operations or automotive service marketing is advantageous Demonstrated negotiation skills to upsell products and close sales effectively Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform maintenance tasks as needed Join us in delivering exceptional tire solutions while advancing your career in a fast-paced retail environment.
