Job Description

Automotive Sales Consultant Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week | Port Orchard, WA Every full-year consultant on our team earned over $100,000 in 2025. Multiple consultants are tracking above $150,000 in 2026. We have the W-2s to prove it. Ask us at the interview. The job most salespeople are looking for Strong income. A schedule you can actually live with. A place that has been around long enough to trust. A pipeline that is already producing so your effort goes into closing, not hunting. We are in the middle of a full expansion and remodel across all departments, adding space, strengthening systems, and opening three to four sales positions for the right people. The money:

  • $375 cash Sell 6 cars by the 12th
  • $625 cash Sell 3 cars by the 18th

  • $625 cash Sell 6 cars from the 25th to end of month
  • $2,000 cash Hat Trick (3 cars Sold in a Day)
  • $200 cash Hit every milestone in a month and you add over $4,000 on top of your commission.

The schedule:
This is the part that changes everything Every experienced salesperson knows the deal. Six-day weeks. Split days off you find out about last minute. No predictability. No life outside the building. You give everything to the job and wonder why it never feels like enough.

Five-day work week: Not 5.5, not 6. Five days, every week, without exception. 9:25am to 7pm: Lead flow opens at 8:30 for people who want first access to incoming opportunities. The opportunity:
Over 1,000 fresh leads every month We generate over 1,000 new leads every single month from a marketing operation we have been building for eighteen years. On top of that, eighteen years in business means we have a deep repeat customer and referral base that keeps coming back through the door on its own. You are not starting from scratch. You are not cold calling. You are not waiting for the lot to get busy. The pipeline is already running at full volume; your job is to close. We are an independent pre-owned dealership with inventory at every price point. Every customer who walks in, whether they have $10,000 or $60,000 is a genuine opportunity. No brand restrictions. No manufacturer quotas. Just you, the customer, and a deal to be made. We are currently expanding and have 3 to 4 positions open. We are building this team deliberately, not filling chairs.
