Outside Sales Representative $150K-$200K Base | 5-25% Annual Bonus |

Washington State | Everett to Olympia Territory Our client is a growing environmental and industrial services company seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and build long-term customer relationships throughout Washington State. What You'll Do
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field activity
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Conduct site visits, facility walkthroughs, and project evaluations
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service recommendations
  • Build relationships with contractors, municipalities, facility managers, and commercial customers
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain CRM activity and sales pipeline management What You Bring
  • 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of generating new business and growing customer relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working in both industrial job sites and professional office environments
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory Preferred Industry Experience
