Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business footprint by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients across various industries. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new B2B clients within assigned territories, utilizing cold calling, networking, and lead generation techniques. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships that foster loyalty. Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions aligned with client needs, emphasizing value propositions and competitive advantages. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet company objectives while satisfying customer requirements. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate new leads. Oversee territory management efforts by analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the company's presence through strategic outreach. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or direct B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Expertise in business development and lead generation strategies within a competitive marketplace. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales activities. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and service delivery. Knowledge of technology or technical sales environments is highly desirable, along with experience in territory management and inside sales. Exceptional analysis skills for assessing market data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions that drive growth. $850.00 - $1,400.00 per week
