Rack N Road Car Racks and Hitch Superstores sell, rent, and install racks (bike, ski, snowboard, and kayak) from industry giants like Thule and Yakima. Rack N Road offers cargo boxes for every budget, trailers, trailer hitches, and a range of accessories for both the interior and exterior of your vehicle. Primary Retail Sales / Customer Service /

Vehicle Installation Responsibilities Include:

Assisting Customers in selecting the best options for their vehicles after asking open-ended questions. Installing Car Racks, hitches, and other related accessories on customers' cars promptly. Follow appropriate safety measures at all times when working on customers' vehicles. Maintaining a clean and organized installation bay. Post-installation interactions with the customer, explaining how the product works and what work was completed. Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager Prior experience with automotive and/or outdoor car rack accessories is strongly preferred, but not required, if you are willing to learn. You must be comfortable using tools and working on cars. Bike and Auto Mechanics are encouraged to apply. A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are a must. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, a people person, and has a great work ethic. Love for the outdoors and/or cars is a plus. Flexible hours are available. Some weekend work is required. Students are encouraged to apply, but we are also looking for someone seeking a career opportunity.
