Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative specializing in door-to-door exterior projects. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with homeowners and business owners to present exterior improvement solutions. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will drive business growth, as you identify customer needs, build rapport, and close sales. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact in your community. All sales activities are paid, including commissions for successful project closures. Duties Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective clients, promoting exterior projects such as roofing, siding, windows, and other home improvement services Utilize CRM software like Terros to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information accurately Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to secure project agreements and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively during all interactions Requirements Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly articulate technical information to customers Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining motivation and professionalism Knowledge of marketing techniques and technology products is a plus Join us as an Outside Sales Representative and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-quality exterior solutions!
