This role combines new business development with account management, building long-term partnerships with collision repair centers, dealerships, and glass shops, alike. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building trust with shop leaders, and is comfortable learning and explaining technical services. Prior ADAS knowledge is a plus — but we can train the right sales professional with automotive industry experience. Key Responsibilities Business Development Prospect and acquire new accounts in collision repair, dealer service, and glass shop markets Conduct site visits and introduce our ADAS calibration services to decision-makers Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities using HubSpot Account Management & Growth Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through consistent follow-up and service support Ensure accounts understand OEM calibration requirements and the importance of compliance Coordinate with operations to ensure scheduling, turnaround time, and customer expectations are met Customer Education & Service Support Educate customers on ADAS trends, repair requirements, and industry best practices Assist in hosting shop trainings, lunch-and-learns, and dealership staff education sessions Represent the company at networking events, industry associations, and trade shows Qualifications Required 2+ years of B2B sales experience (automotive, collision, dealership, service, or related industry strongly preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to prospect, close, and retain accounts Valid driver's license with cleaning driving record, and willingness to travel within assigned territory Comfortable using HubSpot and managing follow-up activity Preferred (Not Required) Familiarity with ADAS calibration, post-repair scanning, diagnostic services, or OEM procedures Experience selling into collision repair centers, dealerships, or automotive service providers Understanding of insurance / DRP workflows and post-repair compliance expectations Existing network within local collision and dealer markets Skills & Attributes Self-starter with strong organization and time management Comfortable with both cold outreach and relationship maintenance Confident presenting technical topics in a simple, customer-friendly way Professional, reliable, and service-oriented Team player able to collaborate with operations and leadership Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, vision insurance Paid time off + holidays Training and ongoing support (including ADAS education and product/service training) Work Environment / Travel This position requires regular travel to collision repair shops, dealerships, and partner locations within the assigned territory. The workday involves visiting multiple shops and coordinating with the calibration team to support service delivery.
