  • 145K) We are working with Cardinal Heating & Air, an independently owned residential HVAC company that recently returned to local ownership and is entering an exciting period of growth.
Currently operating with approximately 10 service technicians and expanding toward 14+, Cardinal is building the infrastructure and leadership team needed to support its next stage of growth. They're also expanding into plumbing and electrical services, creating long-term opportunities for strong leaders. This role reports directly to ownership and is responsible for leading the service department's daily operations. What makes Cardinal different? They've intentionally built a culture centered around quality, accountability, and teamwork. Leadership believes employees should be treated like people, not production numbers. They've invested heavily in creating a positive environment, eliminating toxic influences, and building a team that genuinely enjoys working together. This is not a role for a technical firefighter. They're looking for a leader who can motivate people, drive performance, and build accountability across the team.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage a team of HVAC service technicians Oversee daily service operations and scheduling Drive accountability and performance metrics Ensure billing accuracy and operational consistency Support technicians with resources and best practices Improve team efficiency and customer experience Partner with ownership on department growth initiatives
