Schedule:

Full-time with Saturday availability required. • Saturdays are part of our normal schedule but operate on shorter hours than weekdays. About Us Pavingstone Supply has proudly served Seattle and the greater PNW since 1996. We supply contractors, landscapers, designers, and homeowners with hardscape materials including pavers, retaining wall systems, natural stone, sand, gravel, and related products. We're a locally owned company that values hard work, strong customer relationships, and helping customers bring their projects to life. Position Overview We're looking for someone who's good with people, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role is focused primarily on inside sales and customer service, helping customers at the sales counter, preparing quotes and estimates, answering questions, and building customer relationships. The position will also assist with general marketing efforts including helping maintain social media activity, supporting newsletters and promotions, and contributing ideas that strengthen customer engagement and company visibility. Hardscape experience is a plus, but product knowledge and industry specifics can be taught. What You'll Be Doing Inside Sales & Customer Service Assist contractors and homeowners at the sales counter Prepare quotes, estimates, and material takeoffs Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries Help customers with product selection and project questions Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries Build and maintain customer relationships Coordinate with yard and delivery staff to help ensure a smooth customer experience Marketing Support Assist with maintaining social media activity and content Help support newsletters, promotions, and customer communications Capture photos and content for projects, products, and yard activity Contribute ideas for customer engagement and promotional efforts What We're Looking For Full-time (5 day) availability with Saturday availability required Strong math skills and comfort with measurements and material calculations Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated and willing to take initiative General construction, landscaping, or building materials experience preferred Hardscape knowledge is a plus but not required The Right Person Is Someone Who Likes talking with people and building relationships Learns quickly and asks questions Works hard and takes ownership Pays attention to details and follows through Enjoys being part of a growing local business
