Inside Sales Associate - Parts As an Inside Sales Associate for the Parts Department, you'll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account set up. You'll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth Warehouse operations. Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, product information, and order processing. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, ensuring accurate and timely responses. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line to effectively address customer inquiries and upsell opportunities. Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Warehouse Operations:
Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and timely stocking of products. Perform inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and order fulfillment. Prepare shipments and ensure accurate documentation for outbound orders. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment for efficient operations. Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Stand and/or walk for extended periods.Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Assist in maintaining sales records, customer databases, and reports. Monitor sales metrics and generate periodic sales reports for management review. Identify sales trends and opportunities to drive business growthRequirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Forklift operation certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus. Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. $55K - $60K , with flexibility based on experience and skills.
