Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Demonstrate jewelry products through engaging product demos, highlighting features and craftsmanship Assist customers with selecting jewelry pieces that match their style and preferences Upsell additional items or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure jewelry is well-stocked and organized Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and receipts Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Conduct stock checks, assist with inventory management, and restock merchandise as needed Assist with popup events throughout the Seattle metro area Experience Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, fashion accessories, or luxury goods Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Strong communication skills in bilingual environments to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and sales calculations Customer service background within retail stores such as grocery or specialty shops enhances your ability to connect with shoppers This role is ideal for motivated individuals who excel in a customer-focused environment, possess excellent phone etiquette, and are eager to grow their sales expertise.
