Job Description

Brim operates eleven New Holland agricultural and construction equipment dealerships in Oregon and Washington. For over 55 years, Brim has provided sales, as well as parts, service and rental support to agricultural and construction industries in the Pacific Northwest. The Brim equipment offering includes top quality brands like Bobcat, Yanmar, Diamond Mowers, and Woods Equipment. Our Rental Department provides a large variety of equipment for all clientele from hobby farmers to large construction and everything in between. Brim is a family-owned business that fosters individual growth, rewards performance and has experienced great employee retention and growth. We recognize that employees are our greatest asset. We are active in the agricultural communities where our dealerships are located, including participation and support for FFA programs and Agricultural Fairs. We have continued to grow over the years, and we are excited to be opening a new location in Sequim, WA. We are looking for an experienced sales representative to promote our Bobcat and New Holland agricultural and construction equipment to the Clallam and Jefferson counties. Requirements Proven sales success in the construction, agricultural, and/or municipal markets. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Possess a sense of urgency and timing. Mechanical aptitude. Daily CRM input and maintenance. Submit expense and other reports in a timely manner. Exceptional self-discipline with a competitive drive. Ability to explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of our equipment. Comfortable calling on new and existing accounts, developing long term business relationships. Ability to work as needed (additional hours) during the busy season. Qualifications Prefer 2-5 years sales experience in the compact construction or ag equipment industry. Prefer a bachelor's degree in business, construction, or agricultural related field. Must have excellent computer, communication, and writing skills. Must be proficient in Excel and Word. Must be customer service oriented and always display a positive attitude. Must be professional, efficient, and punctual with a good attendance record. Possess or have the ability to attain a CDL.
