Outside Sales Representative

Feenaughty Machinery Company has been supporting the construction and forestry industries in the Pacific Northwest for over 100 years. Going forward we will continue to support our customers with the equipment and service they have come to expect since 1901 Feenaughty Machinery Company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our Spokane team. This position is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and helping contractors, construction companies, and forestry professionals find the equipment solutions they need to succeed. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys working independently, and has a passion for building long-term customer partnerships.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records for prospects, customer orders, sales records, and other financial activity Maintain productive relationships with all wholesale providers, vendors, and customers of Feenaughty Machinery Co. Other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organizational skills Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are required Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals is a plus Able to work with customers with a positive and professional manner Able to diffuse and manage difficult customers Able to work alone, without supervision Ability to meet customers on an as-needed basis Valid Driver's License Participation in random drug screenings

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent 2-years' experience in heavy equipment, construction, and/or forestry equipment sales

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
