Duties Engage with potential clients through door-to-door outreach, local events, and community visits to generate new leads and expand our customer base Present compelling product and service offerings, emphasizing the benefits of energy solutions such as solar power and other sustainable options Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track prospects, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records Negotiate contracts and close sales by understanding client needs, offering customized solutions, and overcoming objections with confidence Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract diverse audiences, including multilingual communities Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining technical details, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to stay ahead in the energy sales market Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or direct customer engagement, preferably in energy or solar sales Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for reaching diverse markets Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines Demonstrated ability to conduct door-to-door sales or community outreach campaigns confidently and professionally Knowledge of energy products, technical sales processes, or related fields is a plus Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate others to achieve sales goals This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a difference through energetic outreach and innovative solutions. Pay:
$29.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): Are you located within 40 minutes of Cookeville/Chattanooga TN, Hilo/Kona HI, Spokane WA, or Gaylord MI? Have you done face-to-face outside sales? Have you sold to SMB/local business owners? Have you sold to restaurants, food/beverage businesses, or merchants? Are you comfortable traveling 50%+ for territory sales?
