Full Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for commercial HVAC preventative maintenance agreements and ongoing service solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong sales professional with B2B experience who enjoys building partnerships and delivering value to commercial clients. HVAC industry experience is not required; however, experience in consultative sales, account management, or business development is highly preferred. This is an in-office position with regular local travel to client sites. Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance of Tacoma, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new commercial client relationships for preventative maintenance agreements and service solutions Build and maintain long-term relationships with facility managers, property owners, and business decision-makers Identify customer needs and present tailored maintenance service solutions Conduct client meetings and site visits to discuss service requirements and opportunities Generate proposals, follow up on leads, and close maintenance agreements Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets Coordinate with internal service and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery Represent the organization at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, staffing sales, service sales, or business development Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Comfortable conducting in-person client meetings and local site visits Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally HVAC or mechanical industry experience is a plus but not required
