Job Description

$130K is the floor here, not the ceiling. We're Ally Renewal, a home services company in Washington. We clean, treat, and replace roofs and exteriors. We're hiring in-home closers to run appointments our setters have already booked, inspect the roof, and close homeowners on the honest answer. Our closers earn between $130,000 and $260,000 a year in gross commission. That spread isn't a promise. It's a function of how well you close. We don't pay you to show up. We pay you to win at the kitchen table. The leads are handled. You walk into pre-set, pre-qualified appointments booked by our setting team. No cold calling. No knocking doors to eat. If you want to self-generate deals on top of what we hand you, we pay you for those too. The money moves fast. Commissions paid within 48 to 72 hours of the sale. You close today, you see it this week. Signing bonus based on experience. No cap, ever. What you actually do. Run our appointments, inspect the roof, and tell the homeowner the truth about what their home needs instead of the most expensive thing you could sell them. Most companies in this space sell pressure. We sell relationships, and we win more deals because of it. Your job is to be the honest expert in a room that usually isn't, and to get paid real money for closing on the truth. There's a ladder, and it ends in ownership. This is a closing seat, but it isn't the top. Every level above you, leading reps, running a region, eventually owning a branch with your name on it, is filled by someone who closed deals first. Real equity. Not stock options. Not profit share. Ownership. Who built this. The team behind Ally Renewal has spent over twenty years in door-to-door sales. Together they built the fourth-largest residential solar installer in the country and moved hundreds of reps into leadership and ownership. The company is new. The system that turns closers into owners isn't.
