Our client is a chiropractic center located in Tacoma, Washington, with less than 10 staff. As the Sales Driver in the company, the person in this position clearly explain treatment options and related cost; and help the patients accept treatment. This role acts as a liaison between the doctor and the patient, assisting in gathering information during the new patient consult, coordinating treatment plan with the doctor and presenting it to the patient. They are knowledgeable about the treatment options and timelines, and they are prepared to negotiate financial arrangements with the clients. This person provides a calm and warm environment for patients who are otherwise anxious and concerned about how to afford needed treatment. They also coordinate, as needed, with other offices who share in the care of patients, making sure referrals and correspondence are received and followed up on. This person may also be responsible for some internal accounting duties that support the center's goals for profitability. This person must be able to communicate well. In fact, this person must be the best communicator in the center.

We prefer someone with previous "fee for service" experience in the medical field.
However, we are willing to train a candidate with strong potential. This role involves consultative sales.
