We are looking for a motivated Arborist Estimator / Sales Consultant who understands tree work, communicates well with people, and wants a real opportunity to grow financially and professionally. This is more than just writing bids. We are looking for someone who can educate customers, identify problems, build trust, and help create long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Meet with residential and commercial clients onsite Inspect trees and properties for safety, health, and maintenance concerns Create estimates and proposals for: Tree removals Pruning Hazard mitigation Emergency tree work Commercial maintenance Land clearing Educate customers on tree health and property safety Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and commercial accounts Communicate with office staff and crews to help projects run smoothly Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication Help grow long-term customer relationships and referral business

Qualifications Preferred:

Arborist experience ISA Certified Arborist preferred Tree care estimating or sales experience Understanding of tree terminology, pruning standards, removals, and risk assessment

Required:
