Full Job Description Location:
Vancouver, WA (On-Site) The Business Development Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Business Development and Sales teams. This role is responsible for maintaining CRM accuracy, auditing sales activity, tracking key business development data, and supporting reporting and compliance efforts. Working closely with the Director of Sales and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), the Business Development Coordinator helps ensure company systems remain organized, accurate, and aligned with established processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant CRM records across business development platforms. Audit sales and business development data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Review sales activity reports and support tracking of field and customer engagement activities. Identify, correct, and help prevent duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate company and contact records. Generate, review, and maintain business development reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools. Monitor and support the collection of referral source information and other key business data. Communicate with team members regarding missing information, data discrepancies, and follow-up items. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain, verify, and update required documentation. Support ongoing CRM cleanup, data quality, and process improvement initiatives. Assist the Director of Sales with administrative support, reporting, and special projects. Ensure assigned audits, reporting tasks, and administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and on schedule. Support adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and business development processes. Help maintain efficient workflows by ensuring information is current, accurate, and properly documented.
Experience, Skills & Abilities:
Previous administrative, sales support, coordinator, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Experience working with CRM systems and databases preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable reviewing data, reports, and documentation for accuracy
