PaintPaul LLC is a fast-growing residential painting company on track to sell over $1,000,000 in 2025. We specialize in premium interior and exterior repaints in Vancouver / Portland. We're hiring our first dedicated Estimator/Salesperson so the owner can step out of sales and feed you more leads. What You'll Do Run 3-4 qualified in‑home appointments most days in peak season (we provide the leads) Meet homeowners, walk the property, scope and price projects using our estimating software / iPad Present clear options and financing, then build and deliver the quote on-site and close the deal Follow up on open estimates inside our CRM (GoHighLevel) until they're closed or lost In slower winter months, knock nearby doors / do light cold outreach around active projects to keep your pipeline full Work with our production team to hand off sold jobs cleanly Income & Compensation Commission-only (1099) on every closed job Realistic first-year earnings: $80,000

) Training & Support You're not getting thrown into the deep end. You'll get: Weeks 1-2: Ride‑along with the owner on live estimates (you watch, learn, and practice) Week 3: You run the appointment; owner shadows and coaches Structured scripts, objection handling, and pricing tools 2-3x/week sales training and roleplay with the owner and external trainings CRM, estimating software, templates, and a proven process (not starting from scratch) What You Get Uncapped commission, paid on closed jobs Flexible schedule (we work when homeowners are home) Company iPad; company vehicle available for top performers after ramp Direct mentorship from the owner in sales, business, and personal development You're a Fit If … You have sales, estimating, or strong customer-facing experience (home services a plus) You like being paid for performance, not punching a clock You're hungry, coachable, and obsessed with getting better You're comfortable knocking doors / making calls when inbound slows You're reliable, professional, and great with homeowners in their homes Schedule & Location Full-time, flexible hours
