We partner with property management companies, regional managers, maintenance teams, and ownership groups to deliver high-quality renovation solutions and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow our Oregon territory. Position Overview This role combines account management and business development. The successful candidate will inherit existing customer relationships while also actively generating new business throughout the Oregon market. This is a field-driven position. You'll spend most of your time meeting with property managers, regional managers, maintenance supervisors, and other industry professionals to build relationships, identify opportunities, and grow revenue within your territory. The goal is also to have the candidate grow their skills enough to eventually generate and manage new-construction contract business. You will work closely with our local Project Manager and have the support of a dedicated Sales Assistant who handles much of the administrative work, allowing you to focus on customer relationships and sales growth. Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts throughout Oregon and the Vancouver, WA areas Prospect and develop new business opportunities Conduct in-person meetings with property managers, regional managers, maintenance supervisors, and occasionally ownership groups Build and maintain long-term client relationships Generate and follow up on leads Review proposals (created by our estimating team) and coordinate project opportunities with internal teams Track sales activities and customer communications Collaborate with Project Management and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction Represent DDN Interior Supply professionally in the marketplace Assist with occasional operational support when needed QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basic computer proficiency including email, Microsoft Office, and CRM software Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development Knowledge of construction, renovation, property management, or building materials industries Existing relationships within multifamily housing, property management, or construction markets Compensation & Benefits $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary, depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunity for 2026 Full bonus program beginning in 2027 with target total compensation of $90,000+ Company vehicle Company fuel card Health and dental insurance after 90 days PTO begins accruing immediately One week paid vacation after one year of employment Five paid holidays annually Ongoing training and professional development Why Join DDN Interior Supply?
