What we need is someone who can control the call, build trust fast, quote confidently, and close consistently. What You'll Do Handle high-volume inbound parts sales calls Build rapport quickly with repair shops and retail customers Quote parts using our inventory system Overcome objections and ask for the sale every time Follow up aggressively on open quotes Maintain strong gross profit margins Work with our yard and shipping teams to deliver accurately and on time This is a metrics-driven position.
