Position Overview The Equipment Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing a defined portfolio of C3 accounts. This role drives revenue by establishing clear sales priorities, executing targeted action plans, and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. The representative will proactively engage assigned accounts to position and promote C3's solutions, ensuring sustained business and identifying new opportunities. In addition, they will contribute to the expansion of C3's customer base through focused outreach and strategic selling to prospective clients. This individual will cultivate strong, high‑value relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate and manage contracts, and support customers through the sale of equipment. Their work directly strengthens customer satisfaction, retention, and long‑term account growth. Key Responsibilities for this Position Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding, and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations. Closes new accounts by answering telephone and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information. Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features. Develops a thorough understanding of the account needs and develops account plans to strategically approach the client. Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures. Maintaining database (HubSpot, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
